Work With Me
I help businesses do business better. It’s not any more difficult than that really.
I started and run Lukas Coaching, a professional coaching company that helps individuals and businesses. I help businesses in many ways to do what they do best, but do it better and more profitably. A few of the things I do include:
Business Equity
A business only works when those involved are passionate and have what it takes to excel at everything that needs to be done. I intentionally partner with only one to two businesses each year and create a custom structure to help build and grow that business. An example of a business I partner with is one already beyond the idea stage, but not as profitable as you want it to be. I’ll come along side and work to build a more functional website, manufacture a product, create a marketing plan, and run the business.
Business Coaching
Most business owners suffer from marketing problems. The business has to have a solid foundation before creating a marketing plan, and I help businesses build that foundation. We’ll complete a strategic plan together that defines a vision and then maps out a strategy to reach it in the shortest time possible.
That may include:
- launching or overhauling a website
- determining online content such as blogs, podcasting, or video
- building community and encouraging that community to market your business
- creating extensions of you on websites such as Facebook and Twitter
- proactively listening to what’s already happening online in order to be the one your market turns to when it’s time to buy
- everything you need to do over a rolling 90-days to become profitable
If:
- you want more freedom in your schedule
- you need more income
- your neighbors think your spouse is a single parent
- or - - you want to change the world through a business
then I’d love to talk with you and see if I can help. Fill out this short form so we can schedule a time to talk.
“I’d like to personally thank Justin Lukasavige. Justin was instrumental in helping shape the idea of Panama Rehearsal Studios. His insight into the entrepreneur mind is extraordinary, and really shines through in his work. Many of my initial concerns were assuaged by Justin’s experience in small business. I would suggest contacting Justin. If you are thinking about a career change, or starting your own business, or something as small as starting a blog or podcast, I believe Justin can help kick start your process. He certainly did for me!”
-Bryan Foster, Owner of Panama Rehersal Studio
I’m a professional speaker.

I have a passion for talking about businesses development and what it takes to operate a business on a human level in today’s economy. My talks are upbeat, humorous and adaptable to any venue (I recently spoke on a cruise ship) or audience.
I keynote at events, teach breakout sessions and speak to audiences both large and small. My excitement for business and helping people shows through and I always leave my audiences with simple ideas they can immediately use. I’m all about action.
