We’re Moving to…

Justin and ChristineFirst, I’m honored that you seem to know me so well. So many of the guesses on our new city and state were so close. Almost every one is a place we’d love to live. And WOW! You care; thank you!

I was going to sort out the cities and post them in a list, but I got over 130 comments.

Topping the list a few times was traveling around the country in an RV. This is something we researched and felt we’d have a lot of fun doing, but it’s not the plan, at least for now.

Nor are we moving to another country; we’re staying firmly planted in the US.

Woodland Park, CO will be our new home within a few months and we’re excited to pack the truck and hit the road. That will take a small miracle of course, given we have three kids and two dogs.

Justin Hughes was the first to guess right and he wins a copy of The Art of Non-Conformity.

Amy, Dallon, and Scott also guessed the city, and although I only have one of Chris’s book, I’ll be giving you copies of a few others.

Thank you to everyone who commented!

Over the next few weeks you can follow the adventure right here, along with twitter. It’ll be fun and scary at the same time, but I’m glad to be doing it with you!

Want to come visit?

Thanks, Amy, for the photo

I’m intrigued! I can’t wait to see how you and your family enjoy the move to the mountains! I have to say I’m jealous.

We already enjoy them. :) We can’t wait to be there year-round.

Congratulations on the move you guys. I know you’ll love the adventure. Hope to see you at an FAA event out there one of these days.

  • Chris Peek

Should have gone with my first instinct. Oh well, I got the right state. Man, you’ll have lots of incredible trails to hike out there!

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

Me too, Aaron! Can’t wait to see you there.

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

After we hike in NC together, we’ll need to do it in CO, of course. Let me know when you’ll be out for a Free Agent event.

  • Chris Peek

That sounds like a great plan! I want to try to make an event out there this year. I’ve gotta save up.

Yup it wasn’t fair though we already kinda knew. :) Nevertheless enjoy it Lukasaviges!!! :)

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

I hope you can. The events this year are going to be amazing. Which one are you coming to?

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

Insider info. That’s what gets you ahead in life, Brandon. ;)

Hahaha I love saying your last name Lukasavige it’s so cool I was laughing about it with Mark(the guy I refered to u last week).

  • Dr. David Powers

Man, I was hoping for Ireland so I’d have a couch to crash on. Woodland Park doesn’t surprise me though. As Silicon Valley has a rep for tech innovation, Woodland Park will be the new world hub for Free Agents!

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

I know you were. When are you coming out for another event?

  • Chris Peek

I’m hoping to come to the one in September, although if things fall in place, I’d love to get out there for the one at the end of April.

  • Randy Buckman

Awesome Justin!! I remember, I think it was the What’s Your Story About episode, when you were talking about moving to Wisconsin, and you gave yourself until the end of the week to decide. That was really cool! You’ve been contemplating it for a long while so congrats on deciding and taking action! Hope to meet you in March in your new/future hometown:)

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

There’s no use taking forever to make a decision, so we gave it just one week when we were trying to decide to move to Wisconsin. We did it similarly for this one. Will you be at the event in March?

Good luck with the move Justin. I’ll have to swing by and visit you and Kevin on my way to AZ next time, that is if I don’t attend a FAA event before then.

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

That’d be great, Tyrone! Let me know when you’re in town.

  • Randy Buckman

Yup! Barb and I can’t wait for the Event!

This makes it a lot easier to see a large group of friends including you! I can’t wait to visit!

  • http://coachradio.tv/ Justin Lukasavige

We’d love to have you, John!
