There has never been a better time to implement REMARKABLE and unique ways of doing what it is you do. For example. Their are tons of realtors and there all chasing short sales and forclosures because thats what the market has and thats where the money is. So why isnt there one realtor sppecializing and building a community around New Home construction? Why beacuse there not selling? No because they havent thought about finding a world they can be the best in. How about waiters. They all just go to work and serve and clock out. Yet not one has his own blog showcasing the food at his restaurant. They could be a resource for all the guests that come in and hand his card after he has served someone. If I received that card and went to his blog that had all the items of food, ingredients, food and wine pairings do you think I would ever let anybody else serve me? He then captures the market share and makes more money. I could go on and on. I recommend reading Purple Cow and Free Prize Inside by Seth Godin. No way.
