Of all the things I could bring back from the gift store at 14,110′ on Pikes Peak, I bought a mug that says, “Seattle, World’s finest coffee”. My wife, Christine, loved it though, and in this video I talk about how to do the same to grow your business.

    Great business lesson Justin.  Not only did you get a nice gift for Christine, but you helped illustrate how important relationships are in business.  Remembering your customers and clients, what they like and dislike and their interests, shows how much you value the relationship, not just the income they provide.  

    It is that personal touch that customers remember and turns them into raving fans.  

    I must say that I am a little jealous of your backdrop for the video; a round trip of 26 miles may kill me, but I would love to do that hike.  Thanks
