    I agree we should be communicating with potential clients on their terms.  Do you continue the conversation on their terms or try and convert them over to your preferred communication platform?

    I don’t try to win anyone over to my platform. I talk to them on theirs, or if I’m too busy (or hate that platform) I lose them as a customer.
