Oh Geez.. I struggle with that.. “So you are a career coach then?”. I cringe when I hear that. It is similar to saying a professional who sells only multi-million dollar homes.. “So you are a realtor ?” Yes… but no… Dan is a good man.. and he looks like Superman that has been stylized by California. I'm glad you are working with him.

I was just talking about that with Dan Williams as we were coaching this morning. I was so excited because he's not like everyone else. He found his niche and doesn't even call it coaching. It would turn off his market. They want someone real, not someone out of a box.

Nice. Both of you. I did a quick market search on the local career coaches and found most of them are carbon copies. I don't blame them for being bland. What I noticed is they were trying to toe the line and not offend anybody and in the process not standing out. Your call to controversy is what they need.. it is what I need. Thanks for the reminder.
