I’m marking this one to come back to once I’m at a point I can get money coming in for what I do.

One thing you mentioned that wasn’t even a main point, but something you threw in there I think was your analysis of time management. You said you analyzed a single task (going to the bank) and saw that it took you 5 minutes each time. And that if you extrapolated that out it consumed 40 HOURS A YEAR! That’s a “typical” business week you’d spend waiting at the bank! That’s crazy!

But who would think that 5 minutes adds up like that? I wouldn’t at first glance. When I was hearing you speak I was expecting you to say a few hours. NOT A WHOLE WEEK!

I think for the majority of small business owners if they sat down and analyzed their time like what you did they would see there is AMPLE room to adjust out non-value added activities and adjust in things that positive impact their businesses.
